We are your "everything real estate" educational place for real estate licensees, loan officers, and all professionals who assist the consumer in the real estate transaction.
We almost never cancel a class. If we cancel a class for any reason, we will notify each student by e-mail or phone of the cancellation and rescheduling arrangements. If a class is not rescheduled, we will refund all student registration fees within 14 days.
Refund Policy:
Sales Agent, Associate Broker, Designated Broker, Exam Prep Courses, NH Pre-license Courses:
If you cancel more than 5 days prior to the start of the course, a full refund will be issued less an administration fee of $50.00. If you cancel within 5 days of the start of the course, a credit of the fee paid toward a future course will be given. For cancellations the first day of the course, or �no show/no call� to the course, no refund or credit will be given and the course fee is non-transferable to other course offerings. All credits expire in 1 year.
Continuing Education Classes:
If you cancel more than 24 hours prior to the start of the class you will receive a credit of the fee paid for another course. If you cancel within 24 hours of the start of the class or do not attend the class there will be no refund or credit issued. All credits expire in 1 year.
Students must be present for the entire number of course hours to receive credit; late arrival or leaving early is not acceptable.
