We are your "everything real estate" educational place for real estate licensees, loan officers, and all professionals who assist the consumer in the real estate transaction.
How can you keep up with the laws, trends, and hot topics in the lending industry? Attend a few continuing education classes to sharpen the skills that will make you successful as you grow your business.
In Maine, loan officers must attend 12 hours of continuing education each year. One of these hours must be about ethical lending, and one hour must be specific to Maine lending laws and practices. To qualify for licensure, you must attend 16 hours of approved training in your first year.
