We are your "everything real estate" educational place for real estate licensees, loan officers, and all professionals who assist the consumer in the real estate transaction.

This 60-hour course is designed for those who already have a Sales Agent license. The course covers Real Estate Principles and Practices and Legal Issues encountered in the real estate profession. To remain licensed after the expiration of the Sales Agent license, students must achieve a grade of 75% or above in this course and document 40 hours of experience in a variety of real estate tasks.
