Maine Designated Broker Course

We are your "everything real estate" educational place for real estate licensees, loan officers, and all professionals who assist the consumer in the real estate transaction.

This course is designed to equip the licensee with the skills required to fill the role of the Designated Broker for an agency. Participants must attain a score of 75% or better in this 45-hour course in order to apply for the Maine Broker License. It is also approved for 18 CEU so it makes a great refresher course for licensees already holding a broker license!
