We are your "everything real estate" educational place for real estate licensees, loan officers, and all professionals who assist the consumer in the real estate transaction.

This 55-hour course provides the student with the skills and knowledge to apply for an entry-level Maine real estate license. To apply for a Maine Sales Agent License, participants must pass both this course and a standardized exam with a score of 75% or above. The Maine Sales Agent license is valid for a two-year period and is non-renewable.
